Over the past decade I've worked with small and large b2b companies in the San Francisco bay area. I focus on improving the user experience on web-based platforms by working with partners (management and engineering) to ensure the product is intuitive, well documented, and performing as expected.

My time in past roles has been spent improving the user experience through feedback and bug discovery (HTML/JS), documenting platforms and APIs (cURL/Ruby/Python), improving workflows for data-scientists (Python/R/Jupyter), and working in the devops realm to onboard and minimize downtime for clients (Docker/AWS).
