Over the past decade I've worked at small and large companies in the San Francisco bay area. I focus on improving the user experience on web-based platforms by working with partners (management and engineering) to make products more intuitive to use, and documenting any processes that aren't so intuitive. I work under the philosophy of simplifying processes when the opportunity arises, and fixing issues at the root cause.

My time in past roles has been spent improving the user experience by using metrics and qualitative feedback, discovering root causes of system outages and bugs, and documenting for engineers and customers.
